To Our Valued Clients,
The Chief Judge of Kane County has issued an Order limiting access to our Courthouses until April 20th due to the coronavirus pandemic. This limits our ability to access the Courts on your behalf to only essential and emergency matters during this time. We are mindful of the fact that your case may present certain matters of urgency or immediacy that will need to be addressed, and we encourage you to continue to contact us with any concerns or problems you experience so that together, we can determine how best to address your needs during this unprecedented national crisis. Due to our concern with your health and safety, and that of the public and our employees – we will be conducting the vast majority of our services via teleconference or email during the next 14 days. This means any non-emergency in-person meetings will be conducted over the phone or by email. As always, we will remain responsive to your communications, and encourage you to contact us with any questions or issues – to which we will promptly respond.

Should you phone our office, any message left on our voicemail will be automatically forwarded to us – and you will receive a return call promptly. However, we understand that your case may present issues that need to be immediately addressed, and we are prepared to continue to provide you with the highest level of personal legal care as we always have.
Thank you for your patience and understanding through this process – and we wish you continued good health during this trying time.
